erm yellow crab

erm i have noticed one of my medium crabs is turning yellow. is this normal, i out him in iso for a week he aint molted yet, i m bit worried, any ideas people?

What colour was he originally?

Show us a photo of the hermit crab, that way we can try to determine what species it is and whether the yellow colour is normal or not.

hey sorry i hadnt replied at stuff going on and couldnt get on comp i am afraid to say i found strawb dead this morning. i thought he was gettin better as he walked a little bit ova day but i guess not.

i have no idea he had shells avaible plenty offresh food and water. he was a happy crab. i had a good look after he died and he look in great health. no missin limbs or any thing. i thought maybe a surface molt but if u lifted shell he fell out completly so i am tad confused. while i am here i had a crab molt and come up perfect but few days later he went bk down it been about a month. any ideas why he could of gone down again so soon?
