WalMart, PetSmart, Petco all carry freeze dried plankton. Mom and pop stores also carry it, any store that carries any fish normally have it as a food on the shelf.

I know Petsmart sells live and dehydrated meal worms. For live, you may need to ask for them because they sometimes keep them in the fridge. (it keeps them more dormant, otherwise they start eating through their containers ) And the freeze dried are usually with the reptile foods.

You won't want live meal worms for your crabs. They are scavengers, and generally do not eat live food.
