Possible Shell Rot?
My hermit crab may have shell rot, but I'm not sure. I noticed a strange red color on the leg joints, and possible loss of color in other places. These pics aren't good, but I'd like an expert opinion.

To me, it just looks like a pale crab. All my hermies tend to have reddish tinge near the joints, where the exo is at the thinnest therefore any colouration underneath, is likely to be more apparent. Couple that with a pale crab, and you look like you have a sickly crab.
(According to the HCP weblink, it is suggested that it is contagious and appears in blue/green/black patches on the exo.)
