Okay, so I got some new hermies today. Xena hates the new female, Calypso. As soon as I gave them all a bath together and put them in the tank, I heard chirping. I looked over to see Xena was picking on Calypso! It's not fair, because Xena is atleast twice as big. I have put, both, Calypso and Jogen von Strangle (other new one) in iso for now. Anything I can do to make them get along? I don't thing that Xena likes other females...

When I introduced new hermies i heard chirping and saw some fights. They just like having their own space i think. when i new hermie went into eugene's hut he got angry. after two days they each found places the really like and now theyre okay. I think it takes time for them to get used to each other.

Oh, okay. I just don't want Calypso to lose anymore legs! I didn't notice when I bought her, but she's missing half of one leg. Xena is so much bigger than her too. I don't want anything to happen to Calypso.

I just introduced a new hermie i got from the mall and suprisingly haven't heard any chirping and i see them waving their little antennas around at each other all the time. I think it was because she's a pp and the majority of crabs i have are pp's. But that might not have anything to do with it at all. i don't know.

when i was wanting new hermies, i'd take as many as my own that were up and bring them with me. then i would place the new one in the travel tank with the others and watch the interraction. anyway, i'd keep an eye on the girls, but they should get better.

That haven't fought in a while. No more chirping coming from the tank at night. That might be because one of themis molting, but oh well. lol.

I just got 2 hermies from petsmart. i had one other at home. the next day the new ones got into a fight and my old one was defending the other one.

whenever the aggresive one comes over the defender will push it away with its big claw
