Missing antennae?

Post by fountain »

One of my hermies is missing his inner antennae (both of them.) I haven't seen any bullying, I don't know what happened.
He still drinks, and I guess he's eating, though I haven't actually seen him do so.
He went from very outgoing to extremely shy (I can't blame him, poor guy) and stays buried most of the time. Will these regrow like legs do when he molts?

Yes. They shouldn't be too difficult to regenerate; the antennae may fully regenerate after one moult. He will be clumsy though, since the antennae are basically a hermit crab's senses.
