No, when I had my old ones Salt and Pepper I had all purpose sand from a hardware store. My new ones have this white Hermit Crab sand and it's not Calci-Sand. All it says is White Hermit Crab Sand "Provides calcium for growing and motling." by Zoo Med. We used to have a tin, but we got rid of it the second day because I just remembered they're sensitive to tin. Then they had a Hermit Crab Dish with ramp.
I love all my hermies! They are all PPs.

The ZooMed hermit crab sand is a finer grain of the T-rex Calsi sand, only doesn't mention the word 'calsi'. (look under ingredients too about 1/2 way down the page)
