I too feel very sorry CCG, I know how sad you must be feeling right now.
We will figure out the causes, you have lots of people who can help here and are willing to help you figure it out.
We all make mistakes that we didn't know were mistakes, and sadly lose a crab or two sometimes before we discover the mistake.
Unfortunately, that's life. Just don't beat yourself up about it. Sometimes we totally freak and do even sillier things, and realize afterward that we may have made it worse. We learn from that, and learn not to freak out so much the next time, and we learn to handle things better. It's a hard lesson, but it makes us better able to handle the other things that crop up later in life.

Let's figure this out, get everything up to snuff, and you will have long lived happy crabs.
