I feel so sorry for Helena and my heart goes out to her. It is a very sad thing when any pet passes, including hermies.
Salt and Pepper please do not purchase any other hermies like Wai asked you in another post. When one is a new crabber, some things are considered an oversight and cannot be helped.
But in your information it states "Crabber since: 07 Jun 2006" and this is NOT considered being a new crabber. Also within your info it states "Joined: April 27th, 2009, 5:22 pm" which is good you joined the forum. (hopefully for help)
But since then, many replies have been done to try to help you and many postings/replies have been done by others that if they would of been read would also be of help.
Please take the time to read:

and all the links within it too.

You edited the first post Salt and Pepper? To those who have read my reply, this is what was in the first thread by Salt And Pepper:

Oh, Helena.. Who was named after my bff. You were in a gorgeous rainbow snail shell. You were always extremely active and would run sideways and backwards and topple over. When put in your cage, you would bury and stay a long time. Then I found your shell sticking out. You had a surface molt. You didn't eat your exo, I threw it away because I thought you had passed. You were very lethargic, behind the water dish. Your eyes were facing downwards, your antennas were curly, you were curved over. Uneducated about molting signs, I assumed you were dead..

So I gently shook your shell to see if you would come out and to keep your shell because you were 'dead'. Barely a shake made you come out. You just lied solid-abdomen and all. No death smell. But a crab who fell out their shell and isn't moving symbolizes death to new owners. I'm not much of a pet burier, so I wrapped you in tissue and threw you away..alive. All my fault. Unburying you and taking your exo, not knowing it was essential for post-molt hardening.
Samething with Luna- who I also unknowingly killed molting. Salt and Pepper died to lack of care. But things changed. I'm still learning and getting better. It's all part of being a responsible pet owner. And I know you guys are happy in Hermie Heaven, enjoying the freshest foods and softest EE across the rainbow bridge. :D And that's why I'm not so upset. You're happier now.

The pet dies, you learn why, and you move on..

Tribute Song to My Dead Hermies
"Float On"- Modest Mouse
I backed my car into a cop car the other day
Well he just drove off sometimes life's ok
I ran my mouth off a bit too much oh what can i say
Well you just laughed it off it was all ok

And we'll all float on ok
And we'll all float on ok
And we'll all float on ok
And we'll all float on any way well

Well, a fake Jamaican took every last dime with that scam
It was worth it just to learn from sleight-of-hand
Bad news comes don't you worry even when it lands
Good news will work its way to all them plans
We both got fired on the exactly the same day
Well we'll float on good news is on the way

And we'll all float on ok
And we'll all float on ok
And we'll all float on ok
And we'll all float on alright
Already we'll all float on
Now don't worry we'll all float on
Alright already we'll all float on
Alright don't worry we'll all float on

And we'll all float on alright
Already we'll all float on
Aliright don't worry even if things end up a bit to heavy
We'll all float on alright
Already we'll all float on
Alright already we'll all float on
Ok don't worry we'll all float on
Even if things get heavy we'll all float on
Alright already we'll all float on
Don't you worry we'll all float on
All float on
