The newest edition to our family

So today, I convinced my mom to buy a new hermie! Its name is Gigantor, and it's a large hermit crab.
It was very shy, because it came from the dreaded Petco. Also, today I got the 20 gallon tank I wanted. All I need is the tank lid and some other things! Welcome, Gigantor! Let's hope I saved a life!

Yay for gigantor! at stores it is so hard to walk away from the crab tank isn't it? ;)

It definitely is hard to look into those cute little compound eyes and not walk out with a new friend.
