Hello, I have just joined, and I would like to say how glad I am. I have 3 Australian land crabs,They are all down at the moment, but I think the smaller one is due to come up any time soon. I lived in Brisbane for 20 years in Logan. Boronia Heights near Browns Plains. I have moved back to Tamworth for family and enjoying it.

Hi Janise, welcome to the board!
Have you had your little guys very long?
Feel free to share photos of your setup in the tank area too, we love getting ideas from seeing what other people have done with their tanks :-)

Hello, welcome to HCP! I really hope you like it here.
I'm also interested in seeing your setup too. One thing you learn on here, is that everyone lives of hermit crab related pics.

I've never had any problems with 'Impulse Buying'. They're just animals that I forgot I had planned to get.

Re: Hi Im new
Thank you every body, I started getting into hermit crabs when my grand daughters were small. Now the eldest is 18 and she has more of an interest than the14 year old. The trouble is the crabs are very addictive. I love them. There names are Elvis Jackpot and Sheldon.
