I would like to add something for my hermies to climb on... While at the store I purchased a net laundry bag. is that suitable?

They are usually some sort of nylon blend.

I cannot find the package it came in, but I believe nylon would be correct. This is a similar product:

I would suggest not to use it. WalMart sells hemp nets and one can buy hemp yarn at WalMart and Micheal's and even knit/crochet their own.
