Yes, but I have no UTH. I have a heat lamp that sits on top of the lid. And I hear glass lids are better so If I get one, Will heat from the lamp still go through?

Won't that make it too hot? I thought the light would make it too hot especially with a glass lid?

If it gets too hot, you can always turn off the lamp for a period of time.

I use a UTH on the side, plus a UVB light which does give off some heat and at night moonglo bulbs which also give off some heat. The lights are on top of a glass.

Well, humidity is fine but I will invest in a plexi glass lid, can I use a light fixture for a lid?

I turn off the UTH on the side in the morning, it gets pretty cold at night some nights and I put it on at night and around noon or so I can turn it off until I go to bed.

I have the 100 W light on for most of the time, I turn it off at nights but on colder nights I use the moon bulb.

I had a uth on my 10 gallon and used a light when i got my 20 gal. Since it gets so warm in my room during the day the temp and humidity are perfect without the light so right now i use nothing. I've never had such a steady temp and humidity. it get a little more humid in the morning but nothing drastic. The humidity is always between 70 and 75 and the temp is always between 75 and 80

For me, temperature is around 30 with the light on. When its off, it goes down to around 23. With the moon light bulb on, it around 25.

Humidity is always over 70
