Organic Baby Food?

I've read alot about Hermies nutrition and I've seen alot of people saying that they feed their hermies organic baby food. So I bought Earth's Best Organic Veg. Beef Pilaf, it says its chunky blended for babies 9 months and older. Is that a good thing that its chunky and stuff like that? Also it says use within 3 days and its 6oz they wont eat all that in 3 days so can I freeze it? And how often do I feed it to them? Everyday?

Chunky is fine, it just has some chunks so babies learn to chew. I would personally put some in ice cube trays maybe fill each slot 1/2 way and freeze it then put it in a zip lock bag and keep frozen till you are ready to use it. I would not personally give them the same stuff more than 2 times per week. I would buy more of the baby food if you want in different flavors so you can give them a different flavor each day. Of course don't just offer the babyfood, maybe put the baby food in a different food dish and the dried foods in a different food dish. I am not sure what you use for food dishes but when I offered baby food I put it in a 1/2 shell near the food dish. Just be aware that it is very messy if they climb over the dish it is in it will be tracked all over the sand let alone all over the crab.
