Naked crab

I found a naked crab in the crabitat the other day. I looked and loked and could not find an empty shell anywhere on the bottom. I saw no new shells on the shell shelf either. It was newly molted. It had all the black tips. I am not sure who it is. I think maybe their shell is still buried in the sand. I have so many down though I hate to go digging to find it. I got the naked crab into a new shell and so far it is doing ok. They love to frustrate us huh

I found the same crab naked again after a few days, so I got it to go into a different shell. We'll see how long it stays this time.
