The jacuzzi's are popular with several crabbers and so far I haven't heard any complaints about them.
One crabber (who is also the owner of a Sister site) did a review for CrabbyWiki:

They need dechlorinated water.Fresh and salt water. They also need a friend or 2 =). More experienced forum users will have better feedback. Another suggestion is to follow this link....

If you know nothing about them I would start with the Crab care stuff and move from there.

I do hope you got the water out as quickly as possible. I'd advise giving him a bath in dechlorinated (or distilled) water to be sure to rinse as much chlorine out of his shell and off of him as possible.
Unfortunately, chlorine will blister their gills, and the damage can be permanent.
It's hard to say if the short exposure caused a lot of damage, lets hope not. All you can do is get him safe water, and give him a couple of good baths.

I also strongly encourage you to take Emeralddroots's advice and read the crab care section. There is so much to know! Anything you get stumped on, do a search using the search box and you'll find all kinds of posts on the subject I'm sure. If you're really stumped, you can ask us and we'll do our best to help you.

You should probably read this thread on bathing since it turned in to a bathing thread =p.

Better to understand the process fully before you do it I think =).

Goodluck!
