Does this list of ingredients sound ok?

I posted earlier about the tarantula sponge I got in an auction of various things on ebay. One of the things they sent me was FMR hermit crab food. I am listing the ingredients below. Please let me know if it should see its way to the garbage or if it may be ok occasionally for some of my picky eaters. My gut says chuck it!

Corn Meal
Soybean Meal
Alfalfa Meal
Animal and Plant Protien Products
Soybean Oil
Coconut Oil
Magnesium Oxide
Copper Sulphate
Calcium Iodate
Cobalt
Calcium Carbonate
Vitamins A, E, and B12
Niacin
Riboflavin Supplement

I would agree to chuck it. A lot of people on this website would point to the copper sulphate preservative as the main reason to not use it, but I would be as equally bothered by the first ingredient of corn meal. I always tend to think of the hermit crab foods with that as the first and biggest ingredient as being low budget and cheap. I would personally not feed that to my own crabs.

Yepper, chuck it. There are quite a few foods though that are freeze dried and dehydrated that one can buy that does not have any preservatives or colorings added to them. Just watch the expiration dates.

when I first got my crabs i fed them some fish food once every 3 days and it had Copper Sulphate in it and they were fine
they love fish food
This was when I was I did not have much knowledge about crabs I DO NOT feed it to them now.
