Protein rich foods?

Can anyone please give me a list of all foods I can feed my crabs to insure protein, I don't want cannibalism in molts....also can I feed them alive meal worms? what about dead?

Calcium-Rich Foods:

Broccoli
Canned salmon with bones
Dried beans and peas
Greens
Sardines

Protien Rich Foods:

Seaweed
Peanut Butter - the all natural
Eggs
Fish
Chicken & Chicken bones cracked open
Pork
Shrimp
Scallops
Beef
Tuna

You can give them live meal worms but when you feed meal worms to any little kritter they need to be in a dish that is high enough so the worms can't get out. I fed them to my frog and they would get out and hide under the cage carpet. it's easier to give them the dead ones. they sell them in cans or you can get them from hermie food websites.

I found a can of mini mealies today. they are dead moist little meal worms in a can. Once i give them to the crabs i think they'll like those as much as they like the dry ones. I'll let everyone know!

Great! I've given my crabs dry dead mealwoms today, While I found them in different spots of the food dish, I'm not sure if they like them

I made my crabs scrambled eggs with a little cheese and some meal worms and i think they just picked off the dried meal worms and left everything else.
