What Does Does Cuttlebone Need?
When you put in plain cuttlebone in the cage, does it ever need to be changed out!

Not really. If it smells noticeably foul I would take it out. Buy more than one. For the first one, break into small chunks and stick around the tank. The second you can grind up and sprinkle over foods.
