My shyest is definitely Mendez. I haven't seen him since adoption day.

probably, there is a lid so its escape proof. Even if he wanted to escape he's to shy to try it :P

I did a pumpkin, pineapple and apple kabob. It's a hit.

I just cut (today) a whole fresh pumpkin, coconut and squash. I froze lots of it and kept some out in the fridge. I hope they like it.

I am a big fan of squash! For crabs and for humans! I have collected some pretty good info on their nutrition on my blog if you want to take a peek. One thing I've learned is that spaghetti squash has THE BEST seeds for roasting and eating. They are like pumpkin seeds, but have a much more buttery flavor! Also butternut squash is awesome to use in place of carrots in a salad, and if you shred them very small, no on knows they aren't carrots! Have better nutrition than carrots too.
