how to pop popcorn?

ok. I ws wondering how people pop their popcorn. i just recently bought a bag of kernels and some coconut oil from the addiction storee and i want 2 know how to pop the kernel. what kind of bag?

If you got it from the addiction store then it comes with bags to pop them in. just drizzle some oil over the kernels in the bag and pop it in the microwave.

If it didn't come with a bag you can use a brown paper bag or even do it on the stove like my husband does. Drizzle some oil in a pan and put in the Kernels in and place a lid on and let them pop away this way you have to keep an eye on it and make sure you move the pot around some so they don't burn. I would suggest the paper bag and microwave though, much easier.

Because I only have 2 crabs, I pop kernels on their own in the microwave. I haven't had much luck getting the purple/blue color of kernels to pop in the microwave (I have the 3 color popcorn) but the other ones do it fine. It takes 2-3 minutes for them to pop, just listen for them to pop and take them out as soon as they do.
