Scrambled eggs with the eggshell mixed in (like cook it in there with the eggs) is supposed to be a favorite and it has protein and calcium in it. Beyond that, cook whatever you do for yourself, minus the seasonings, and give it to them. They love variety!

u could make anything you would eat just use hermie safe foods. like chinese food. make some rice and put tiny pieces of broccoli and chicken on top with a little olive oil. or hermie burgers. meat with a cucumber some romaine lettuce and tomato. fruit salad. all kinds of cool stuff.

i like making a hard boiled egg and just crushing the whole egg, shells and all, then give the whole mess to the hermies with some mealworms. they love the mealworms.

I like to take lettuce, carrot, apple and grind shrimps over it and sprinkle with cuttlebone powder. Very nutritious and the hermies love it.

I bought a pound of medium-sized shrimp, sauteed them in EV olive oil and squeezed a lime over them when they were cooked and tore out pieces of the lime too. It took feeding them one twice before they went for it, but when they did, they seemed to enjoy it judging from the amount of sand they got in the bowl.

Just be careful not to give them stuff too often - they stop eating it if you do.
