how often are they supposed to molt?

I'm guessing that he is pre-moult. Keep him in ISO for a couple more weeks and see if he moults.

Ok, Tweek, the one in ISO, has been acting strange. Every time I look in on him, he's on his back. Completely on his back. It's not like he pulls his legs back in after walking around a bit. I've seen him climb on top of the sponge and be on his back behind it when I look at him again. Is he doing this for fun? Lemi and Bebe don't do that, just Tweek.

I think he is pre-moult. He might be gathering more water into his shell. Leave him in ISO.
