can anyone give me a list of calcium rich foods? incase i have another molt

Eggshells, calci-sand, coral, oyster shells, broccoli and other dark green veggies are the most common ones. Any shellfish with the shell on (dried baby shrimp, shrimp tails/exos, etc.) also does great, or any hard bugs (mealworms, bloodworms, silkworms, crickets, etc.) Krill also is great, but I've never tried it.

and cuttle shell, i grind mine to a powder, and sprinkle it over my crabs food

It's a good idea to feed this to them all the time, as they need it all the time, it's just that they really need it even more before and after molting.
