there is this bottled salt solution called hydrate is it ok?

Well I found it on the petworldshop website but couldn't find any ingredient list for it. I would probably lean away from it personally just on price though. If you mix saltwater yourself you know you are getting the good stuff and it will work out to be WAY cheaper. Maybe somebody else can chime in here though to let you know if the "Hydrate" brand pre mixed stuff is ok.

No, do not use it. Please refer to the Crab Care section for recommended ocean/sea mixes.
