Well I went and got me 8 more hermies tonight I now have 40 so I am not putting anymore in this tank. When I get a new tank I will get more.

Wow that is a large group - I have to ask, how do they interact with each other? I just got my second, along way to cath up to you, and they seem to be checking each other out all the time - it's very cute! How big is your current tank? Good luck with all your babies!

I love to watch them with each other. I have noticed that they seem to pair off into couples somewhat. I know they won't bread in captivity but it is cute to watch them. I have them in a 55 gallon. I am on the look out for a new one. I keep having dreams that I see them sitting out in peoples trash but then I wake up.

aw! they become couples! that's so cute! yeah, they apparently need to be submerged completely in salt water and a specific temp to breed. as much as i don't want hermie babies, it'd be interesting to watch them grow, know what i mean?

lemi was a micro when i bought him, he's grown to a small.

he's under for his 3rd molt.

yeah, lemi is working on his 3rd, bebe is up from her 2nd (her and lemi alternate their molt times unfortunately), wendy is down for her 2nd, and ike is under for his first with me. a few of his feet were broken and none had the black tips, so he wasn't healthy. hopefully he is now.

I have 31 and quit naming them. Too hard to keep the names straight.
