My crabs love it; they are active.
Is it ok ?
I have a 38gal tank, reptifogger and bubbler pools.
Is it ok if both heat and humidity stays between 85 -90 ??

Humidity in the low 80s isn't a big problem, but when you get close to the 90s, I'd be concerned about mold being an issue. The temperatures also aren't a huge deal, but I'd try to have a cooler area of the tank (even if it's the substrate). If you have a UTH, I'd turn it off so the crabs can bury themselves if they need a cooler environment for a little while.

Re: Is it ok if both heat and humidity stays between 85 -90
My tank is 38gallon with aquarium hood with light. I got a hole in the back I cut out. Was a pain to do but got it. Air flows through the hole where I got the tube in. About 2 fingers big and other small holes. So I get good ventilation in there too so no worries about mold forming.
I got the fogger running every 3 hours for 10 minutes.
Dome heat lamp 100 watt, 50-60 gal zoomed UTH , and small 10-20 gal UTH on the side next to the pools.
So blame it on the 3 heat sources going all at once. Dome light is a dimmer so I can dim it or shut it off.
The weather in my state has been fluctuating a lot. Yesterday it was a little humid out also and today it's chilly out and it's dry out.
I can shut off the side UTH and dim the dome light.
Heat has been fluctuating around 80-88F and humidity goes to 78% - 88 %

I'd recommend, with your setup, that you invest in a thermostat. Makes heating way easier in the tank! For instance, my setup is:
Zilla Timer Power Center: in the 'always on' section:
Thermostat, set to 80F. Plugged into it are the UTH and Ceramic Heat Emitter. That way those are only on when needed. The thermostat probe is dug into the substrate an inch or so in front of the UTH, which is on the back wall of tank with aluminum foil insulating it.
The power center also runs my day/night cycle in those sections. The day one turns on a fluorescent day bulb, and the night one a moon light (black light) bulb.
