have you ever seen that cartoon South Park? my boyfriend named all of our crabs from secondary characters on that show. Lemiwinks (Lemi) is one of them. not to show favoritism, but Lemi is my favorite name lol.

close. you pronounce it like: lem-ee. the first part is like the 'lem' in lemon

that was my first thought of how to say it, It's cute!!!!

today at the pet store i saw a lot of Ruggies!! ALL ruggies, a few e's. All the Ruggie were orange, because they're food was orange ish i guess. I wanted to buy one so bad! but i need to focus on getting shells for the crabs i have!

yep yep. i thought it was cute too. I think it was you i talked to about how Ike turned out to be a girl and you suggested that we should rename her. we chose Wendy (another secondary character). we're running out of other secondary girl names. We'll have to pick another stupid cartoon to name pets out of.

what's a ruggie? are they supposed to be orange? how much are they?

At pet stores they dont' really care, they just call them 'Exotic Crabs',

i was looking around on ebay for hermit crab supplies and came across electric blue hermies. they were really pretty! i want one so bad!

Yes they are. They are algae eaters. I went and looked at them. There are several good sites to go to on there though that are selling crab shells. All sizes and not bad prices either. Just type in hermit crabs and go to lowest price first on the listing and there they are.
