Lost pincher claws!

My friend bought anew crab and it was fine for a few days then she got another two and one of the new ones pinched off his 2 pincher claws. I have to go away in 1 hour and no one else know as much about crabs as me what do i do?

The crab must be very stressed. Put him in ISO in total darkness, humidity of about 75% and temperature of around 74F. With gentle care and love he should be able to recover through a molt, but I don't think the chances are very high

I left to go away and couldn't get ahold of my friend. When i got back she had left a message that he had died. Its sad cuz its her 2nd crab in a week. Hopefully she wont lose any more for a long time.
