WANTED: Basic (loved) healthy foods for hermies

I have been worried about my hermies vitamins and calcium lately, i am afriad they don't have enough! I have a 10 gallon tank and really want a 20 so i have more room for bigger food dishes!
Anyway, does any one have a list of food their hermies like and what vitamins they contian?
And what are the needed vitamins and those kinds of things for hermit crabs? I want to make sure they have it all.

Sprinkle some calsi-sand over the food. You can also powder some cuttlebone(bird aisle) or you can just break the cuttle bone into peices and feed it to them as a side to their daily fresh foods,
